How to change my email address/ phone number?

Step 1: Send us an email at support.inr@betvisa.com, using the subject line ‘Request To Change Email Address/Phone Number/Both,’ and include the following details:

Note: If you wish to update your email address, kindly send an email from your current email account, specifying the new email address you want to use (ensure it is not already registered with Betvisa

Step 2: Reach out to our 24/7 customer support team to request the change request.

Step 3: A phone call verification will be conducted. Please note that this verification is a crucial step in the process. Confirm your contact number and provide the best time for the phone call verification along with your request.

Step 4: Upon completion of document review and phone call verification, kindly wait for our notification message sent to your newly provided email address once the change is approved.

Note: Account information cannot be changed more than three times. Personal details such as Username, Full Name, Date of Birth, and Card Holder information cannot be altered. This policy is to ensure your account security. Please always keep your account details up-to-date.
