My account is locked due to excessive login failures, what actions should I take?
Due to security measures, your account will be automatically locked after multiple unsuccessful password attempts.
If your account is locked, kindly follow the simple steps below for a password reset.
Step 1: Click the ‘Forgot Password’ button displayed on the screen.
Step 2: Choose your preferred method for resetting the password.
i) For email-based password reset, input your username and the verified email address linked to your Betvisa account. Click “Forgot Password” and log in to check your email for a randomly generated password. If the email is not in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder.
ii) To reset your password via SMS, provide your username and the verified phone number associated with your Betvisa account. Click “Forgot Password,” and you’ll receive a notification indicating that your password has been changed. Check your phone for the randomly generated password.
Step 3: Login to your account using the new random password. To ensure account security, replace the random password with your preferred one. Enter the random password and then input your new password. Click ‘Submit.’
Note:
If three SMS Forgot password requests are made, a waiting period of 72 hours is necessary before attempting again.
Login within 15 minutes of receiving the new random password to avoid expiration.
Resetting the password via SMS will not impact email-based password reset requests. If SMS reset is unsuccessful, an email reset can be requested.
