What should I do if I forget my password?

Please follow these simple instructions to perform a password reset.

Step 1: Click the ‘Login’ button located on the Betvisa homepage and choose ‘Forgot Password’
Step 2: Choose your preferred method for resetting your password.

i) To reset your password via email, provide your username and the verified email address linked to your Betvisa account. Click “Submit” and log in to check your email for a random password. Please check your junk/spam folder if the email is not received.

ii) To reset your password via Mobile Number, input your username and the verified Mobile number associated with your Betvisa account. Click “Submit,” and you’ll receive a notification indicating that your password has been changed. Check your phone for the random password.

Step 3: Log in to your account using the new random password. Change the random password to your personalized one for enhanced account security. Enter the random password, followed by your new password, and click ‘Submit’.

Note:

After three reset password attempts, you must wait 72 hours before trying again.
Log in to your account within 15 minutes after receiving the new random password to prevent expiration.
Resetting the password via Mobile number will not impact the request to reset it via email. If Mobile number reset is unsuccessful, you can request an email reset.
If unable to reset the password through Mobile number and email, kindly contact our customer support team. Our representatives will manually verify and reset the password for you.
