At any time, BetVisa may amend the terms and conditions (including any documents referred to below). If terms and conditions are amended, you will be notified in advance of the changes, which may require you to reconfirm your acceptance before the changes take effect. A prior notice may not be provided if the amendments are not substantial.

Customers will only receive communication from BetVisa via email to their registered email address (the “”Registered Email Address””).

1.Your Obligations

When using the Service, you agree to:
i. You are over 18 years of age (or over the age of majority as stipulated in the laws of the jurisdiction applicable to you) and can enter into a binding legal agreement with us.
ii. You are responsible for checking and entering this site only if they are in a jurisdiction where placing bets on the service is lawful (if in doubt, seek legal advice). It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the service is legal.
iii. When making a payment to BetVisa, you are authorized to do so e.g. you are the authorized user of the debit/credit card or other payment methods you use.
iv. You will not, by participating in the Services and/or placing bets be placed in a position of actual, potential, or perceived conflict of interest in any manner.
v. Your actions are solely on your behalf as a private individual, not for a commercial purpose or on behalf of another party.
vi. You will be fully responsible for any losses incurred by placing bets on these terms.
vii. The service must be used for legitimate betting purposes only, and you must not manipulate any market or element within it in bad faith or in a manner that adversely affects its integrity.
viii. Whenever you place bets on the service, you must not use any information obtained in violation of any local laws.
ix. Payments must be made in good faith and you cannot reverse a payment made or take any action that will cause such a payment to be reversed by a third party to avoid a legitimate liability.
x. In addition, you must always act in good faith about us and the service.

2.Registration

i. Applicants may be denied registration at our sole discretion and without any obligation to communicate a specific reason in order to protect the integrity of the service.
ii. You must register and accept these terms to use the service. KYC (“know your customer”) forms may require that you submit valid proof of identification or other documents.
iii. This includes but is not limited to, a picture ID (copy of passport, driver’s license or national ID card) and a recent utility bill listing your name and address as proof of residence to the minimum. Any Account may be restricted or suspended until we receive the required information. According to applicable gaming regulations and anti-money laundering laws, this procedure is a statutory requirement. In addition, you must use your BetVisa Account using the payment methods listed on our payment page.
iv. To maintain accuracy and completeness, you must provide complete and accurate information. Failure to do so may result in our notification and information regarding your account may not reach you. Customer is responsible for maintaining a unique and active email address, and email address security. Communications between BetVisa and the Customer using the registered email address are not responsible for any damages or losses. False or inaccurate personal information may result in immediate account suspension and/or legal action against you.
v. The service allows you to register only one Account. When multiple Accounts are found, they will be closed immediately. This includes the use of representatives, relatives, associates, affiliates, related parties, connected persons and/ or third parties operating on your behalf.
vi. Passwords must be kept confidential. All bets, deposits and withdrawals are entitled to have been made by you. Passwords must be changed regularly and never disclosed. You must log out after each session.
vii. Should your account information be misused or your account hacked, please email support.bdt@betvisa.com immediately using your registered email address. Additional information/documentation may be required to verify your identity and your account will be suspended temporarily. If a third party accesses your Account, you are responsible for all activity on your Account, regardless of whether you authorized the access.
viii. No content or other information on the service may ever be transmitted to another Customer or third party through screen captures (or similar methods), nor can this information or content be displayed in a frame or otherwise in any manner that differs from how the URL would appear if the Customer or third party had typed it into the browser line.
ix. Your account will be operated in the currency you choose when you register. Deposits, withdrawals, and bets placed and matched into the service will be in this currency. Not all payment methods process in all currencies. The page will display the processing currency, along with a conversion calculator.
x. Please note that we are not obligated to open an account for you. Any decision to open an account for you is entirely at our discretion, and we are not required to explain our decision if we decline to do so. In order to comply with our regulatory and legal obligations, we may contact you to request further information and/or documentation.

3.Restricted Use

i. The service is not available to anyone under the age of 18 (or under the age of majority as defined by your jurisdiction) or who is not legally able to enter into a binding legal agreement.
ii. It is not possible for you to sell or transfer your account to a third party, nor can you acquire a member account from a third party. It is not permitted for you to transfer funds between member accounts in any manner whatsoever.
iii. We can terminate your account immediately upon written notice to you if you use the service for unlawful purposes. Depending on the circumstances, we may also be able to take legal action against you for doing so.
iv. There are exclusions for Afghanistan, Australia, Denmark, Estonia, Ethiopia, France, and other French territories, Hong Kong, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Jordan, Kuwait, North Korea, Pakistan, Philippines, Cambodia, Spain, Syria, Turkey, United States, or Yemen (please be aware that particular countries are excluded from Casino – Games – Live Casino, Poker, and Bingo).

4.Privacy

i. Any information provided to us by you will be protected and processed in strict accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
ii. The identity of anyone who uses the service will not be disclosed unless it is lawfully required by competent authorities such as Regulators, the Police (for fraud, money laundering, and sports integrity investigations), or Financial Entities such as banks or payment suppliers, or as permitted under the Privacy Policy from time to time.
iii. Our database stores your information upon registration. As a result, your personal information may be transferred outside of the European Economic Area (EEA) to jurisdictions that may not provide the same level of security and protection. This agreement authorizes the transfer of your personal information to provide the Service and as further detailed in our Privacy Policy.

5.Your Account

i. A visitor must register a BetVisa account and provide accurate information in order to become a member of BetVisa.
ii. In order to ensure the integrity or fairness of the Service, or if we have other reasonable grounds, we may close or suspend an Account and refund any monies held. Notice may not always be possible.
iii. All funds will be returned if an account is suspended without prior notice. However, matured contracts will be honored.
iv. Our betting limits and/or system regulations reserve the right to refuse, restrict, cancel and/or limit any wager for whatever reason. We may cancel and/or void your bets if you do not comply with these terms.
v. Should any amount be mistakenly credited to your account, you will be notified, and the amount will be withdrawn immediately. The amount overdrawn on your account will be owed to us if it goes overdrawn for any reason.
vi. Customers can set limits on how much they can bet and lose. You can send such a request to support.bdt@betvisa.com from your registered email address. Limitations will be implemented and increased diligently, however removal or reduction requests must be made after a seven-day cooling-off period.
vii. Your account cannot be transferred, sold, or pledged to another individual. This prohibition includes any transfer of value of any kind, including ownership of accounts, winnings, deposits, bets, legal, commercial, or other rights related to these assets. Furthermore, said transfers are prohibited from encumbrance, pledging, assigning, usufruct, trading, brokering, hypothecation and/or gifting in cooperation with a fiduciary or any other third party, company, natural or legal individual, foundation, and/or association.

6.Deposit and Withdrawal

i. You may deposit funds into your Account using any of the methods on our Website. Any deposits made in any other currency will be converted to the account currency using the daily exchange rate.

iii. You may withdraw any or all of your account Balance within the transaction maximums shown on the Website: https://www.betvisa.com/account#withdraw
iv. Withdrawals will be made to your bank account linked to your BetVisa account. Prior to granting any withdrawals from your Account, we reserve the right to request documentation for identity verification. We also reserve the right to request this documentation at any time.
v. BetVisa is not a financial institution, and the procedure for depositing and withdrawing funds is handled by a third-party payment solution.
vi. To avoid a liability legitimately incurred, you must make all payments to us in good faith and not reverse any payment or take any action that would cause such payment to be reversed by a third party. We will be reimbursed for any charge-backs, denials or reversals of payments you make and any losses we suffer. Upon charge-back, denial, or reversal of payment, we reserve the right to impose an administration fee.
vii. We reserve the right to use third party electronic payment processors and or merchant banks to process payments made by you and you agree to be bound by their terms and conditions providing they are made aware to you and those terms do not conflict with these Terms.
viii. All transactions made on our site might be checked to prevent money laundering or terrorism financing activity. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authority depending on the jurisdiction governing the transaction.

7.Errors

i. All bets are void in the event of an error or malfunction. Any error with the service must be reported immediately.
ii. All bets are void if the system malfunctions or disconnects. This error or any system failure or game error may result in incorrect odds calculations, fees, bonuses, payouts, or currency conversion errors (the “Casino Error”). We reserve the right to cancel any bets or wagers and remove any money from your Account relating to those wagers or bets.
iii. If an overpayment or mistake has been made, BetVisa reserves the right to recover or adjust your account to rectify the issue.
iv. BetVisa reserves the right to cancel, reduce or delete any pending plays, regardless of whether the funds were used to make the play or not if an error has occurred.

8.Communications and Notice

i. All communications and notices to be given under these terms by you to us shall be sent to support.bdt@betvisa.com
ii. Communications and notices by us to you under these terms will either be posted on the Website and/or sent to the Registered Email Address we hold on our system for the relevant Customer. Our sole and exclusive discretion shall govern such communication.
iii. The notices and communications under these terms must be in writing in the English language to the registered email address of your account when the service is not operated by BetVisa.

9.Matters Beyond Our Control

Any failure or delay in providing the service caused by Force Majeure, even if we have taken reasonable preventative measures, is not under our control. An event such as an act of God; a power cut; a failure or omission by any government or authority; an obstruction or failure of telecommunication services; or any other delay or failure. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend the Service without liability in such an event.

10.Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we do not intend to compensate you for any reasonable loss or damage (either direct or indirect) you may suffer if we fail to fulfill our obligations under these terms unless we breach any legal obligations (including death or personal injury) in which case we shall not be liable to you if that failure is attributed to:
i. Your fault;
ii. A third party unrelated to our performance of these terms (Example: problems with the communications network, congestion, or connection problems, or computer equipment); or
iii. Any other event which we or our suppliers could not have foreseen. As this service is for consumers only, we will not be liable for any business losses.
In the event BetVisa is held liable for any event under these terms, the total aggregate liability should not exceed the value of your bets and or wagers you placed via your account in respect of the relevant bet/wager or product that gave rise to the release liability.

11.Fraud

Any Customer committing fraud, dishonesty, or criminal acts will be subject to commercial and criminal sanctions. If any of these are suspected, we will withhold payment. Our customer is liable for all costs, charges, or losses sustained or incurred by us (including loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of reputation) resulting from fraud, dishonesty, or criminal acts committed by the Customer.

12.Intellectual Property

i. The BetVisa name and logo are trademarks. Unauthorised use of our trademarks and logos may lead to legal action. No unauthorised use of the www.betvisa.com URL is permitted without our prior written consent.
ii. In terms of our relationship, we own the Service, our technology, software and business systems (the “Systems”), and our odds. It is not permitted to sell your status update. A nickname may also be reclaimed or removed if it seems inappropriate.
iii. In any way that will cause confusion among customers or in the public, or that disparages us in any way, you may not use our URL, trademarks, trade names, trade dresses, logos (the “Marks”) or our odds.
iv. In addition, we and our licensors expressly reserve all rights, licenses, titles, and interests in and to the Systems and the Marks, except as expressly stated in these Terms. Monitoring or copying web pages or content within the Service is prohibited. Unauthorized use or reproduction may result in legal action.

13.Your License

i. Except for your content, you may not modify, publish, transmit, transfer, sell, reproduce, upload, post, distribute, perform, display, create derivative works from, or in any other way exploit the service and/or any of the content or software on it, except as expressly permitted in these terms or otherwise on the website.
ii. The information or content on the service or made available to you in connection with it may not be modified, altered, merged with other data, or published in any form, including, for example, screen or database scraping.
iii. Non-compliance with this Clause may also violate our or third parties intellectual property and other proprietary rights, resulting in civil liability and/or criminal prosecution.

14.Your conduct and safety

In order to ensure your and our safety, all content posted on the Service, as well as any conduct in connection with it, is strictly prohibited – we call it Prohibited Behavior. You may be terminated from your BetVisa Account if you engage in Prohibited Behavior.
You may be sued by another Customer, any third party, enforcement authorities, or us if you engage in Prohibited Behavior. It includes, but is not limited to, accessing or using the Service to:
i. Sharing false, misleading, or illegal information;
ii. Commit any unlawful or illegal activity, including, but not limited to, promoting or furthering criminal activity, teaching how to make or buy weapons, violating customer privacy, or spreading computer viruses;
iii. Any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, lewd, violent, hateful, or racial or ethnically objectionable;
iv. Submitting or making available content users do not have the right to transmit or make available, such as content infringing on copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights.
v. No computer or programming code (including HTML) will interrupt, destroy, or alter the functionality of the Service, its presentation, or any other website, computer software, or hardware;
vi. Create cheats, mods, hacks, or other software that alters or collects information through the Service, including intercepting, simulating, or redirecting communication protocols used by us;
vii. Use any robot, spider, or other automated methods to retrieve or index information;
viii. Engage in any activity or action that, in our sole and absolute discretion, may defraud or scam another Customer;
ix. Send bulk or unsolicited advertising, including junk mail, instant messaging, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or other forms of solicitation;
x. Under false or fraudulent pretenses, create BetVisa Accounts; pretend to be another Customer or third party; or
xi. Anything we reasonably consider to be contrary to our business principles.
We may modify the above list of Prohibited behaviors at any time. Please contact us if you become aware of misuse of the service by another Customer or anyone else. If the Customer violates this policy, we reserve the right to investigate and take all appropriate action, including, without limitation, terminating their account or deleting their posting(s), and take any action against the Customer or a third party who directly or indirectly engages in Prohibited Behavior, or knowingly permits any third party to engage in Prohibited Behavior, without being notified.

Links on the Service may lead to third-party websites that we don’t control. These links are provided solely as a convenience to Customers, and we do not investigate, monitor, or check their accuracy or completeness. Neither we endorse nor are we affiliated with the linked websites or their content. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, completeness, accessibility, or usefulness. Therefore, we recommend that you review the privacy policies and terms of use of such websites.

16.Self-Exclusion

Consider Self-Exclusion if you feel you are at risk of developing a gambling problem or have a gambling problem already. It prevents you from gambling with BetVisa for 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 5 years, or permanently. You can also use Account Closure or Time-Out if you want to stop playing.
What happens when you self-exclude?
Self-exclusion prevents you from betting on your account, but you can still log in and withdraw any remaining balance. Any newly opened accounts you open will be detected and closed by BetVisa as soon as possible.

17.Complaints

You can contact our Customer Service Department via email at support.bdt@betvisa.com if you have any questions or concerns.
WHETHER WE RECEIVED A COMPLAINT OR ACTUALLY TOOK ACTION IN CONNECTION THEREWITH, WE TAKE NO LIABILITY TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY.
If a Customer is not satisfied with how a bet has been settled, they should contact our Customer Service Department by email at support.bdt@betvisa.com. We will respond to queries of this nature within a few days (15 days).
A dispute must be filed within three (3) days of the wager’s decision. After this time, no claims will be honored. Account transactions are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
If there is a dispute between you and us, our Customer Service Department will attempt to resolve it. In the event that our Customer Service Department is unable to reach an agreement with you, the matter will be escalated to our management (available upon request).
Customer may file a complaint with our licensing bodies if all efforts to resolve a dispute have failed.

18.Registration and Account Security

The following rules must be adhered to by all customers when registering and maintaining their accounts:
i. You may not create an Account for anyone else or provide false personal information;
ii. Do not use your profile for commercial gain (such as selling your status update to advertisers);
iii. We reserve the right to remove or reclaim nicknames we believe are inappropriate for your account.

19.Assignment and Severability

No rights or obligations under these terms may be assigned without our prior written consent, which will not be unreasonably withheld. Your rights and obligations may be assigned without your consent. By posting a written notice on the Service, a third party can provide a service of substantially similar quality to the Service.

21.Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All aspects of this Agreement shall be governed, interpreted, and construed by Curacao law. Disputes, differences, complaints, etc., will be arbitrated under Curacao. The arbitrator will be appointed by the company after receiving consent from the company and the user. Curacao will be the place of arbitration.

22.General Provisions

Terms of agreement – These terms apply while you access or use the service or are a BetVisa customer. Any termination of your BetVisa account will not affect these terms.
Gender – Words importing singular numbers include plural numbers, words importing masculine genders include feminine and neuter genders, and words importing persons include individuals, partnerships, associations, trusts, unincorporated organizations, and corporations.
Waiver – A waiver by you of any of these Terms shall only be effective if written and duly signed by us. Waivers are limited to the specific breach waived. Any term or condition of these Terms will not be waived by not enforcing it at any time or by not enforcing it at another time.

Language – If there is a discrepancy between the English language version and any other language version, the English language version will prevail.
Restricted countries – BetVisa isn’t available in all countries because of government restrictions. Australia, Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao, France, The Netherlands, Saba, Statia, St. Maarten, Singapore, Spain, the United Kingdom, the USA, and any other jurisdiction that Curacao’s Central Government deems illegal for online gambling. All of the named nations’ territories and possessions are included.
Entire agreement – These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us concerning your access to and use of the Service, and supersede all prior agreements and communications.
