Do you have additional tips on how to ensure security of my personal data and account information

1. Keep Your Account Information Private:
Never share your account information, including your username, password, phone number, and email address. Protecting this information is crucial in preventing identity theft, where someone could gain unauthorized access to your personal details and impersonate you online. Remember, you are responsible for any actions taken on your account.2. Avoid Account Sharing:
Your account access should be exclusive to you. Shared accounts often face issues such as suspension due to damage, rule violations, contested ownership, or account selling. Shared users may not exercise the same level of caution, so it’s best to maintain sole control over your account.

3. Verify and Keep Your Information Up-to-Date:
Ensure the accuracy of your personal information by verifying your phone number and email address after registering your account. These details will be used for important communications, so it’s essential to keep them active and current.

4. Create a Strong Password:
Create robust passwords that are lengthy, intricate, and challenging to predict. Utilize a mix of letters, numbers, and capitalization to enhance the security of your account. Ensure that your password remains difficult to guess, even if someone possesses substantial knowledge about you. We advise you to regularly update your account password. A strong password should include:

6-20 characters
a minimum of 1 upper case letter (A-Z)
a minimum of 1 lower case letter (a-z)
a minimum of 1 numeric character (0-9)
Special characters are not allowed (@$!%*#)
5. Avoid Sharing Deposit Slip:
Refrain from sharing your deposit slip with others. Depositing funds through someone else’s cash-out number or involving a third party poses risks to your account and funds. We strongly discourage such practices to safeguard your account and money.

6. Clear Your Browser’s Cache:
Regularly clear your browser’s cache to remove stored data from web pages. Cached files can be potential targets for unauthorized access. Taking this precaution after each internet session helps protect your information.

7. Report Suspicious Activity:
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, promptly change your password and review your transactions. Report any suspicious activities or errors immediately through Live Chat or by emailing us at support.inr@betvisa.com. Your vigilance is essential in maintaining the security of your account.
