Bank statements are essential when the payment is unable to confirm with bank side if it’s received with us reseller side or not? So the players have to submit the statements

Bank statements are available both online and offline. However, online statements are easy to get and upload.

Download Bank Statement from Email
Most banks usually send monthly bank statements through mail to their customers. To receive the statement, the customer must be registered for the service.

If you have registered your email id with your bank, in most cases, you will receive the statement for the previous month in the first week of every month.

In case you are not registered, you can either contact your bank directly or enable the service through the bank’s app or website.

To check and download the bank statement from your email, please follow the steps below.

Download Bank Statement in mobile :
1. Goto your preferred email app on mobile (Gmail/Yahoo etc.)

2. Search for keyword ‘bank statement’ along with your bank’s name. For e.g.; ‘bank statement kotak’

3. Locate the email from the search result and open it.

4. All bank statements sent through emails are password protected. Make sure you read the password instructions in the email to open the PDF file.

5. Download the PDF.

6. Use the password to check if the file is opening. You have to use the same password while uploading the PDF during Money View loans application.
