Why is my withdrawal status showing ‘Success’, but my payment gateway/bank account has yet to receive funds?
Since we have some limit restrictions in the bank side according to local bank rules, we will have to follow the bank allocated time. Like some time when the resellers/bank while processing the withdrawal request, it will go to success and it may not get cleared in the bank side due to limit restrictions or too many transactions at a time. So in this kind of scenario from the resellers bank side already amount deducted means obviously our payment support will make it success.
Those successful transactions may get reversed back to us after some days or hours and it’s depending on the bank side. In this mean while we are already following with the bank side and resellers too. For this kind of case normally it will take “3 -5 bank working days” and if it was not resolved you may feel free to contact us in Live Chat at anytime along with bank account statement in PDF format.
