Possible reasons why you cannot withdraw your balance:

Ongoing Promotion/Bonus (My Account > Turnover) You are able to check all the pending turnover that has to be completed according to the promotion T & C.
1x turnover is not yet completed.
The registered mobile number has not been verified yet.
The status of the withdrawal request is still on pending/queue. The withdrawal status needs to be successful before requesting a new withdrawal transaction.
